  • Cayenne peppers, stemmed

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 170F.
  2. Lay cayenne peppers on a sheet tray with ample space between them. Dehydrate in the oven for 6 hours, then turn the oven off, and allow peppers to continue drying as long as you have time for.
  3. When the peppers are completely dry, grind in a spice grinder or with a mortar and pestle, and transfer to an air-tight container.
